This service is not a replacement for an in-person chimney inspection or a safety assessment, but it offers a convenient way for our CSIA & NCSG-certified chimney technicians to evaluate your chimney or fireplace remotely. By sending us photos from your phone or camera, we can provide expert advice tailored to your specific concerns.
Quick, Easy, and Free
1. From Outside – take 2 pictures:
Take pictures that include the entire chimney from top to bottom, then zoom in closer and take a photo of its condition.
2. From Inside:
Take a picture that includes the entire fireplace area. Then, take a photo of the Firebox (inside walls of fireplace burning area). Then, if possible take a photo UP the Chimney Flue from inside the Firebox
Lastly, complete the Online Form & Upload Your Photos.
